Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Retreat
This two day retreat set in the Sunshine Coast hinterland is a perfect opportunity to reset, recharge and refocus in an environment which allows you to press pause on the busy-ness of life and instead to plan your goals, mindset and action steps moving forward.
This is an immersive experience that will give you base structures too not only refine, refresh and refocus your mindset but which also allows you the necessary distraction free time for these lessons to take hold.
This program includes group sessions, fitness sessions for all levels, nature escape – alone time to give you the downtime to apply the lessons we cover over the weekend.
You will leave this weekend with a heap of notes you’ve taken from sessions but also your own personal notes from each workshop and reflective experiences which will allow you to apply these lessons in your day to day life.
When: 27th – 29th January 2023
Two and a half Day Program commences Friday 27th January at 12pm and concludes Sunday 29th January at 2pm. Location and all details will be sent out upon receipt of booking.

Please feel free to bring your creature comforts for sleeping including swags, camp bed or mattress, tents, pillow etc however we do have tents and sleeping bags available for those who need them.
Our private location is totally off the grid and allows us to immerse ourselves in an experience where we can focus on personal development unlike anything you will have experienced before. No fluff, No BS, just tried and tested methods to get you focused on whatever goal you wish to set for yourself.
Too often in life we’re just go go go. Everyone celebrates the hashtags of the #hustle and the #grind. Well this is different. We will press pause and set the foundations for long term success which can only be done when we stop downloaded constantly and allow our brains to work through what we already have on our plate and what we want to do moving forward.
